Russian aid to the Palestinians in the West Bank

Moscow, (ST) - Russia announced that it has sent 17 tons of food aid through the World Food Program to the Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

According to RT, the aid was directed to the “Bedouin Umm Al-Khair” complex, south of the city of Hebron, benefiting 87 families and including food items such as flour, oil, and others.

The value of Russian aid to the Palestinians through the World Food Program amounted to $5 million between 2019 and 2020, benefiting about 72,000 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip.
