Syrian army will recapture Tal Tamer area and Hasaka-Aleppo road according to Russian-Turkish agreement

The “Syrian Democratic Forces” group has confirmed what has been circulated about the Russian-Turkish agreement on the full withdrawal of the SDF and the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries from Tal Tamer area and Hasaka-Aleppo main road [Known as M4] in Hasaka province in order to deliver them to the Syrian army and the Russian military police.

An 'SDF’ leader anonymously told the Damascus-based al-Watan newspaper that the agreement was reached after negotiations for several days and the two sides [Russia and Turkey] agreed on the full withdrawal of the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries towards the administrative boundaries of Ras Al-Ayn area, while the SDF will position themselves near al-Soda town, which is located between Tal Tamer and Ras Al-Ayn area.

The two sides of Hasaka-Aleppo highway in Tal Tamer area will be evacuated for a length of 3 kilometer in order to pave the way for the Syrian army to capture the road that leads to Hasaka besides the positions located between Tabaqa area in Raqaa and Hasaka city, according to the agreement which will come into effect as of after tomorrow [Wednesday] after the stop of battles on the outskirts of Tal Tamer area and the withdrawal of the Turkish regime forces and their mercenaries from the towns they occupied in the northern countryside of this area.

The Kurdish Internal Security Forces [Asayish], which is affiliated to the SDF, will stay in Tal Tamer area, while the SDF will pull back from the Towns of Mnakh, Qasemeyeh, Arisheh, Mahmodeyeh, Bab al-Khir, Kherbet Jammo, Abbosh , Lilan, al-Ahras and Manajir where the Syrian army and Russian military policy will deploy to keep no pretext for the continuity of the Turkish regime’s attack on the region.

The mercenaries of the Turkish regime have been informed about the agreement and they are forced to implement it.

In another development, there were fierce clashes between the Syrian army units and terrorist groups in the northern countryside of Lattakia backed by intensive airstrikes carried out by the Russian jets.
