Hasaka clans gather in Khirbet Ammo village to support the Syrian army

HASAKA, (ST)- The Arabian clans of Hasaka province gathered on Tuesday in Khirbet Ammo village in Qamishli countryside to express their support to the Syrian Arab Army and to demand the exit of the U.S. occupation forces from the Syrian territories.

The elders and dignitaries of the clans voiced solidarity with the people of Khirbet Ammo who represented an example of resistance against U.S. occupation forces.

The participants congratulated the people of Aleppo in particular and the Syrian people in general on the army’s victories over terrorist groups in Aleppo and Idleb countrysides, according to the Syrian News Agency (SANA).

On February 12, 2020, a civilian was martyred and another was wounded on Wednesday after US occupation forces opened fire on the locals of Khirbet Ammo and Hamou villages to the east of Qamishli city who were gathering near a Syrian Army checkpoint that prevented US vehicles from passing.
