Turkish occupation forces stop water pumping at Alouk plant in Ras al-Ayn

Hasaka, (ST)- In the framework of their criminal acts against the civilians, the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries of terrorist organizations cut the drinking water supplies to Hasaka City through stopping the work Alouk water pump station in  Alouk plant in Ras al-Ayn countrysideو threatening the lives of about a million of Hasaka's locals and its countryside through depriving them of water.

The Director of the Water Establishment, Eng. Mahmoud Al-Ikleh, told a SANA reporter that the Turkish occupation forces stopped the  work of Alouk water station last night and prevented the employees of the Water Corporation from entering it at a time when the citizens of the city of Hasaka and its western countryside need the water of the station, which is the only source for securing drinking water for them, especially in light of the very high temperatures for such a period of the year.

Alouk water plant on Friday went out of service after the damage which was inflicted on the line 20 K of which provides the plant due to the fierce clashes between the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation.
