Accusing Syrian Army of Using Phosphorus and Napalm New Lie by Terrorists and Their Sponsors: Sources

DAMASCUS, (ST)- The Terrorist organizations backed by their western sponsors and misleading media circulated new lies against the Syrian army dealing with the use of phosphorus and napalm, according to informed sources.

The claims come a day before a Security Council session and are added to other fake news alleging the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian army.

"Every time pressure is tightened on the terrorist groups, which are taking their last breathes in Ghouta, orders are given to these criminal groups from their operators and masters to again use false accusations against the Syrian Arab army," the sources said, pointing out that the fast and successive victories of the Syrian army over terrorists in Ghouta have led the countries conspiring on Syria to falsely accuse the government forces of using chemical weapons.

Syrian Army Secures Exit of Several Families from Terrorist-Held Town in Eastern Ghouta

DAMASCUS COUNTRYSIDE, (ST)- The Syrian Arab Army on Saturday secured the exit of several families from terrorist-held Mesraba town in Eastern Ghouta.

SANA reporter said that units of the Syrian army managed to secure the departure of tens of civilians, including women and children, who were held by armed terrorist groups as human shields inside a basement in Mesraba town of  in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside.

The liberated civilians were taken from Mesraba to a makeshift center and get their basic needs met.

Terrorist Organizations and Their Supporters Completely Responsible for Use of Chemical Weapons in Syria: al-Mikdad

DAMASCUS, (ST)- The terrorist organizations and the parties supporting them are completely responsible for the use of chemical weapons in Syria, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal al-Mikdad has stressed, calling on concerned international organizations to deal honestly and professionally with this file.

In a press conference on Saturday, al-Mikdad said that "certain well-known parties (the United States and its allies) have intensified accusations against Syria of using chemical weapons. This escalation comes in the light of great gains being achieved by the Syrian Arab army in the war against terrorism."

A woman and her three children martyred while trying to exit through safe corridor

Damascus - Terrorist from Jabhat al-Nusra and the affiliated groups, positioned in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside, on Saturday opened fire on families while they were trying to exit from Jisreen town towards the safe corridor which leads to al-Mlaiha as four persons from the same family were martyred.

Civil sources told SANA that a woman and three of her children were martyred when terrorist organizations, positioned in Jisreen town, opened fire on them while they were trying to reach the safe corridor which leads through Jisr al-Ghaida to al-Mlaiha town.

Army advances on direction of Mesraba-Aftris farms, continues operations to root out terrorists from eastern Ghouta

Damascus Countryside - The Syrian Arab Army has achieved a new progress in its operations against the hideouts of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and the groups affiliated to it on the direction of Mesraba-Aftris  in eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside province.

SANA said that the army units are continuing their operations against the remnants of the Jabaht al-Nusra and its affiliates in the area, heading towards Madyara town to the northwest of the village of Beit Sawa, with the aim of cutting off the terrorists’ supply lines between the north and the south parts of Ghouta.

Hundreds of Displaced Families Return to Their Homes in Deir Ezzor Countryside

DEIR EZZOR – Hundreds of displaced families have returned to their homes in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor province after the Syrian Arab Army restored security to the area and all the basic services were secured, SANA reported.

More than 1,800 persons who were in the makeshift housing center at Gharibah in Badia al-A’shara have returned via buses secured by the governorate along with medical teams and ambulances to provide treatment and vaccines for children.
