Syrian students in Russia: President Al-Assad's speech establishes the stage of rebuilding

Syrian students studying in Russia stressed the importance of President Bashar Al-Assad's speech after taking the constitutional oath. 
Muhammad Ghaleb Omran, a doctoral student in law, said:  “We, the young generation, consider the president’s speech as a compass for us to work for the next stage for the rebuilding of Syria.” 

Syrian Airlines plane designated to evacuate Syrians stuck in India arrives Damascus

A Syrian Airlines plane that evacuated Syrian citizens and students stuck in India arrived on Sunday morning at Damascus International Airport.

The commercial director of the Syrian Airlines Corporation, Louay Hassan, said in a statement to SANA that the plane that arrived this morning from India, Delhi, transported 208 passengers.

Hassan added that the evacuation process was carried out in implementation of government directives that included the return of those stranded in India due to the Corona pandemic.

The government team concerned with measures to address the Coronavirus epidemic called during its last meeting to take the necessary measures to return Syrian citizens stranded abroad, with full care to implement public safety requirements and preventive measures.

Operating a flight to evacuate Syrian students and citizens stranded in India

Damascus (ST): The Ministry of Transport announced the operation of a flight onboard Syrian Airlines to evacuate students and Syrian citizens stranded in India, on Sunday, July 11, 2021, according to the precautionary procedures and conditions specified by the Ministry of Health.

The commercial director of the Syrian Airlines Company, Louay Hassan, said in a statement that the plane will take off from New Delhi Airport at 5.20 am local time and arrive at Damascus International Airport at 7.50 amlocal time.

Syria exempts people who are coming to it from PCR test if they have the anti-virus vaccine

DAMASCUS, (ST)_Health Minister, Hassan Muhammad Al-Ghabash, issued on Thursday instructions saying the Syrians and foreigners, who are coming to Syria, will be exempted from presenting a document of PCR test if they have the anti-corona vaccine. 

The instructions come few days after the Syrian government issued a decision to exempt the people who always have to move between Syria and Lebanon from PCR test.

Syrian Arab Airlines: Four flights to Dubai per week, starting next Saturday

Damascus (ST):  Syrian Arab Airlines announced the resumption of its flights to Dubai, starting from Saturday, July 3, 2021, at a rate of four flights per week.

The company clarified in its announcement that the flights will be weekly on Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Earlier this June,  Syrian Airlines announced the resumption of its flights to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.

It is noteworthy that passenger flights to the United Arab Emirates stopped through Damascus International Airport since the spread of the Coronavirus, as part of the precautionary measures related to addressing the virus.
